Resumo: | The goal of this paper is to showcase a practical resolution for a diversity and inclusion corporate strategy development. This work project was written in syndication with a real company and was tailored to the respective resources, needs and objectives. This report comprises an overview on the external forces impacting the diversity and inclusion the me together with an extensive internal analysis on the diversity and inclusion metrics and initiatives regarding the company subject to analysis. The result of the study reaches to the development of interconnected recommendations that ensures a sustainable diversity and inclusion strategy. |
