Resumo: Where to go out tonight? This is the question that Xceed, a Spanish night life market place start up, works to answer. After seven years of connecting clubbers with clubs, festivals, and event organizers all over the world, Xceed is expanding its platform to the global directory of bars and lounges. The following start up consultancy project aimed precisely to delineate a business plan for the company’s new vertical. In the present paper, the focus will lie on doing an analysis of the internal and external environment that might influence Xceed’s business, as well as building a customer value proposition through qualitative and quantitative data analysis that assessed the desirability from potential users. The conducted research showed that, an exclusive double-sided bars and lounges marketplace, targeting high-end clients, might be winning strategy for Xceed.
