La Education for Human and Sustainable Development (EHSD2): Teachers' competences

Resumo: This paper presents a work that responds to the challenges demanded by international Education organizations, and that takes into account the formative challenges posed by the reality of a world in need of comprehensive human and ecological care. It does so from a study that prioritizes Education for Human and Sustainable Development (EHSD2) and, in addition, presents a quantitative research work on: the idea that teachers have about the commitment of their educational centers, the involvement of teachers and/or trainers in Shared Social Responsibility, and, on the treatment of the competences of teachers in/ for sustainability. This study makes it possible to define a specific competence program for teachers and to include a holistic view in the curricular treatment.

Lo hace desde un estudio que prioriza la Educación para el Desarrollo Humano y el Desarrollo Sostenible (ED2HS) y, además, presenta un trabajo de investigación cuantitativa sobre: la idea que los/as docentes tienen acerca del compromiso de sus centros educativos, la implicación de docentes y/o formadores en la Responsabilidad Social Compartida, y, sobre el tratamiento de las competencias del profesorado en/para la sostenibilidad.
