Filaments containing 30% w/w of theophylline were produced by hot-melt extrusion and printed using fused deposition modelling to produce tablets. Here, preliminary results evaluating the effect of infill geometry (cross, star, grid) on drug content and release are reported.MDPIRepositório ComumVenâncio, NunoPereira, Gabriela G.Pinto, João F.Fernandes, Ana Isabel2022-05-16T15:56:52Z20212021-01-01T00:00:00Zinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersioninfo:eu-repo/semantics/otherapplication/pdfhttp://hdl.handle.net/10400.26/40600engVenâncio N, Pereira GG, Pinto JF, Fernandes AI.
