Resumo: The digital transformation associated with Industry 4.0’s emergence has enabled companies to be more apt in over coming the resulting new challenges. Although companies are starting to perceive this as a real concern to effectively move business forward in the future, most of them do not know how to operation a lise it. This work project aims to study the overall environment of a small digital start-up,as a way to fit its services to the market, as well as develop a digital maturity assessment prototype tool in order to evaluate the digital maturity of companies and introduce possible solutions to increase it.
