O presente relatório, intitulado "O Ensino Exploratório da Matemática em Dados e Probabilidades: desenvolver a literacia estatística com todas as crianças" traduz a investigação realizada no âmbito das unidades curriculares de Prática de Ensino Supervisionada no 1.º Ciclo do Ensino Básico e em Educação Pré-Escolar, lecionadas nos 3.º e 4.º Semestres do Mestrado em Educação Pré-Escolar e Ensino do 1.º Ciclo do Ensino Básico. Desta forma, a presente investigação decorreu, primeiramente, numa sala do 2.º ano de escolaridade de uma Escola Pública de Évora pertencente ao Agrupamento de Escolas Gabriel Pereira e, posteriormente, numa Instituição Particular de Solidariedade Social situada no centro da cidade. O objetivo principal desta investigação foi compreender, analisar e refletir sobre as potencialidades que o Ensino Exploratório da Matemática, mais especificamente relativamente à literacia estatística e ao trabalho em dados, tem nas aprendizagens curriculares das crianças. Deste modo, procurei responder às seguintes questões: Que conhecimentos de estatística desenvolveram as crianças? Que aspetos da literacia estatística desenvolveram as crianças? Que potencialidades teve o uso do ensino exploratório da Matemática nas aprendizagens realizadas pelas crianças? Para responder às questões anteriormente enunciadas, ao longo das intervenções foram sendo propostas às crianças algumas tarefas de ensino exploratório da Matemática relacionadas com a literacia estatística e os dados, que pretendiam dar oportunidade às crianças de conhecer melhor o que as rodeia, fundamentar decisões, interrogar-se sobre novas questões e abordar a incerteza. Através de investigação-ação e de instrumentos como notas de campo, observações, gravações audiovisuais, entre outras, irei retirar algumas conclusões relativamente a esta temática que me levarão a refletir e melhorar a minha prática, aprendendo e desenvolvendo-me profissionalmente; Supervised Teaching Practice in Pre-School Education and in the 1st Cycle of Basic Education: Exploratory Teaching of Mathematics in Data and Probabilities: developing statistical literacy with all children Abstract: This report, entitled "The Exploratory Teaching of Mathematics in Data and Probabilities: developing statistical literacy with all children" reflects the research carried out within the scope of the curricular units of Supervised Teaching Practice in the 1st Cycle of Basic Education and in Education Pre-School, taught in the 3rd and 4th Semester of the Master's in Pre-School Education and Teaching of the 1st Cycle of Basic Education. In this way, the present investigation took place, first, in a room of the 2nd year of schooling of a Public School of Évora belonging to the Gabriel Pereira School Group and, later, in a Private Institution of Social Solidarity located in the center of the city. The main objective of this investigation was to understand, analyze and reflect on the potential that Exploratory Mathematics Teaching, more specifically in relation to statistical literacy and data work, has in children's curricular learning. In this way, I tried to answer the following questions: What knowledge of statistics did the children develop? What aspects of statistical literacy have children developed? What potential did the exploratory teaching of Mathematics have in children's learning? To answer the questions mentioned above, throughout the interventions, some exploratory mathematics teaching tasks were proposed to the children related to statistical literacy and data, which aimed to give children the opportunity to get to know their surroundings better, to substantiate decisions, to question up on new issues and address uncertainty. Through action research and instruments such as field notes, observations, audiovisual recordings, among others, I will draw some conclusions regarding this theme that will lead me to reflect and improve my practice, learning and developing myself professionally
