Resumo: | This document reflects the year in which my professional internship was completed, included in the 2nd cycle of higher education studies for obtaining a Master's Degree in Physical Education Teaching in Basic and Secondary Education at the Faculty of Sports of the University of Porto. The professional internship took place at Dona Maria II Secondary School, in Braga district, during the 2016-17 school year. It narrates my entire journey during the school year, considering key moments in my job as a teacher, such as the gained experiences, difficulties experienced, as well as the entire process of designing, planning, carrying out and evaluating the teaching-learning process. The report is composed of six chapters: (1) the introduction, where the purpose of the report is presented; (2) the biographical framework, where my career is exposed, the expectations I have for a professional internship and where I approach Physical Education at school; (3) the framework of professional practice, where all my practice is described and contextualized in different contexts (theoretical, legal, institutional and functional); (4) carrying out professional practice, which is structured in three areas: Area 1 - Organization and Management of Teaching and Learning in the different stages of conception, planning, implementation and evaluation of the Professional Internship; Area 2 - Participation in School and Community Relations, namely my participation in School Sports and in the development of extracurricular activities resulting from the Professional Internship; Area 3 - Professional Development, referring to the research study, where a comparison is made between the game situations (GR+3) x (3+GR) and (GR+4) x (4+GR), to understand which one induces a greater positive change in the defined tactical-technical indicators; (5) the final considerations and perspectives for the future, where my considerations and final comments are justified on the whole experience of the professional internship and where I approach the development process as a trainee teacher, my limitations, the obstacles I faced, the moments most relevant, and finally (6) the conclusion of the internship report, where I discuss my overcoming, my growth, feelings, learning and experiences during it. |
