Resumo: The Professional Internship is inserted in the 2nd year of the Master in Physical Education Teaching in Basic and Secondary Education, at the Faculty of Sport of the University of Porto. This appears as a "bridge", a space for interaction and connection of theoretical knowledge, acquired in the initial training, until this application phase, in a real context. The internship was developed during the academic year 2019/2020, in a group of schools in the city of Barcelos, where the intern was offered, conditions so that he can exercise the profession, being exposed to several realities and challenges. This document concerns the Internship Report of an intern teacher, which reflects a set of experiences throughout his Professional Internship year. The Internship report is structured in six chapters, from Introduction to Conclusion and Future Perspectives. It is also evident a Personal Contextualization, characterizing the person behind the intern; Institutional Contextualization; Professional internship; Operationalization where all the experiences are reflected during the school year, based on a critical and detailed reflection. In this document, some problems experienced at the time of pedagogical practice are discussed. As well as strategies used to deal with different situations of themes such as conflict management, motivation of students to carry out classes and management of class time, of which all teachers are subject in their daily lives, when exercising this profession in the discipline of PE.
