Resumo: The objective of the presente work focuses on how we rethink the city as a pulsating organism , a reflection of who inhabitats it and who builds it . Through the study of the city we can discover themes to discuss while methodologies of work arise. The architectural response is a result of critical observation of the urban landscape of the city, combining local identity and the requirements that the program of the building requires. The design of this space seeks its own uniqueness through integration and architectural characterization. As such, this dissertation seeks to formalize an attitude towards the act of building the architecture of the city .
