Resumo: Considering the Encyclical Laudato Si’: on the care of the Common Home (2015), and the questions that arose in relation to the suffering of the Earth and its children, this article addresses: the need to give voice to women, the importance that their participation has for the life of the planet, as well as their hermeneutics, especially in theology. We consider the feminine contribution to the various fields of society to be feminine hermeneutics. For this reason, we will refer to the trajectory of theology with the male perspective on women, and the current change, in the way of doing theology, as from the Second Vatican Council. We will show how the spirituality of Liberation Theology (LT) influenced different hermeneutics that, through feminist theology – by Elizabeth Schüssler-Fiorenza, Maria Clara Bingemer, Ivone Gebara, Elsa Támez, etc. – opened opportunities for new hermeneutics of the feminine. LT also favoured eco-feminist theology, and gender-based feminist theology, from which reflections on LGBTQIAP+ inclusive liberating theologies emerged, some inspired by the philosophy of Emmanuel Lévinas, and the unconditional love of God. The hermeneutics of the feminine, which we present here, as Pope Francis suggests, are aimed at defending the planet, social minorities, and the most diverse social groups, in a way that all people can be contemplated by the unconditional love of God. Keywords: Liberation; Feminine Hermeneutics; Respect; Unconditional Love.
