Resumo: This paper explores an internationalisation strategy for Imeguisa Portugal, a SME focused on developing and producing intralogistics solutions. The pandemic, the Ukraine war and inflation continue to pose an enormous challenge for enterprises. Thus, a structured internationalisation plan gains further importance for any firm aiming to venture into foreign markets. The individual portion hereby presented contributed to the group report with a literature review on the topic of international entry mode selection, export vs. FDI, and an in-depth analysis of Mexico, which was ultimately deemed to have the highest potential as a target market.
