We propose and analyse a conceptual research model that utilizes the technology-organization-environment (TOE) framework as its foundation. The partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis on the data collected from 198 IT professionals was performed and revealed that perceived pressure from government, job performance, and team satisfaction are significant in explaining Agile project success. These findings contribute to organizations to make informed decisions on the work model set up for future projects and focus on increasing their employees’ satisfaction to increase the probability of a successful project delivery. Along with the findings, the research limitations and suggestions for future work are provided.Tam Chuem Vai, CarlosRUNAdžgauskaitė, Marta2023-11-24T13:31:54Z2023-10-252023-10-25T00:00:00Zinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersioninfo:eu-repo/semantics/masterThesisapplication/pdfhttp://hdl.handle.net/10362/160421TID:203390792enginfo:eu-repo/semantics/embargoedAccessreponame:Repositório Científico de Acesso Aberto de Portugal (Repositórios Cientìficos)instname:Agência para a Sociedade do Conhecimento (UMIC) - FCT - Sociedade da Informaçãoinstacron:RCAAP2024-03-11T05:43:07Zoai:run.unl.pt:10362/160421Portal AgregadorONGhttps://www.rcaap.pt/oai/openaireopendoar:71602024-03-20T03:58:02.088934Repositório Científico de Acesso Aberto de Portugal (Repositórios Cientìficos) - Agência para a Sociedade do Conhecimento (UMIC) - FCT - Sociedade da Informaçãofalse
