Resumo: This internship report comes from the Professional Internship Course Unit regarding the conclusion of the Master's Degree in Physical Education Teaching in Basic and Secondary Education at the Faculty of Sports of the University of Porto. This internship took place at the Escola Secundária de Ermesinde, which structurally belongs to the Ermesinde School Group, and for which I had the possibility of being a Trainee Teacher in two classes, one from the 10th grade and the other from the 6th grade during the 2019/2020. This report aims to reflect what was my experience during the internship, in order to bridge all those that were the learning, difficulties and perceptions felt during the internship. Thus, the report is divided into four chapters: I) Personal framework; II) Professional background; III) Realization of the professional area; and finally, IV) Conclusions and future perspectives. In each of these chapters there are described my experiences during the school year, which are subdivided by topics, such as first contact with professional experience as a trainee student, the methods of management, organization and evaluation used, the adaptation to the distance learning methodology, among other themes that were essential to my professional development, from the beginning to the end of this experience. At the end of this report there is also a section destined to annexes that gathers important documentation, which has been developed throughout the entire stage, and which allows to observe in more detail the contents explored throughout this report.
