This article presents a different approach to the current form of operation of Brazilian law, under the lens of Artificial Intelligence. To this end, it seeks to demonstrate by inductive method that this bias is capable of providing the necessary instruments to increase the productivity and quality of the legal system. Under a transdisciplinary approach, it deals with the incapacities and unpreparedness of the legal professional - unscathed by the 4.0 revolution, marked by the convergence and synergy between the various branches of technology. Through a bibliographic review, the article shows that the use of artificial intelligence enables the maximization of cognitive capacity, also facilitating the decision-making path, in order to avoid manual and repetitive work, debating to what extent it is possible to use the mechanism. to aid human decisions. In the meantime, it highlights the urgency of thinking about new digital vision pointing strategies, as well as adapting both the legal operator and the systematic itself to the new artificial intelligence technologies. The relevance of the theme is evident from the transnational repercussion of technological innovations, as well as the social impact of this technology to the law as a whole.
