Resumo: | In this study, the scope was to conduct an analysis of Doctoral dissertations produced in the Brazilian Graduate Programs in Education, in the Education Policy research lines, from 2013 to 2016, in order to verify the continuity or discontinuity of epistemological weaknesses in Doctoral dissertations. The research problem was: Are the theoretical-methodological weaknesses in Doctoral dissertations about Education Policy pointed out by the literature present from 2013 to 2016? It was concluded that there is a continuity regarding the difficulty of explaining the theoretical dimension of the research, a greater ease in the explanation of some elements of the methodological dimension and a tendency of permanence of weaknesses in the academic field of Education Policy. Methodological dimension.En este estudio, se tuvo por objetivo realizar un análisis de las tesis producidas en los Programas de Posgrado en Educación brasileños, en las líneas de investigación en Política Educacional, en el periodo de 2013-2016, con la finalidad de verificar la continuidad o discontinuidad de las fragilidades epistemológicas en tesis. El problema de la investigación fue: ¿Las fragilidades teórico-metodológicas en las tesis acerca de Política Educacional señaladas por la literatura están presentes en el periodo 2013-2016? Se concluyó que existe una continuidad con respecto a la dificultad de explicación de la dimensión teórica de las investigaciones, una mayor facilidad en la explicación de algunos elementos de la dimensión metodológica y una tendencia de permanencia de las fragilidades en el campo académico de la Política Educacional. Dimensión metodológica.Neste estudo, teve-se por escopo realizar uma análise das teses produzidas nos Programas de Pós-Graduação em Educação brasileiros, nas linhas de pesquisa de Política Educacional, no período de 2013 a 2016, a fim de verificar a continuidade ou a descontinuidade das fragilidades epistemológicas em teses. O problema de pesquisa foi: As fragilidades teórico-metodológicas em teses de Política Educacional apontadas pela literatura estão presentes no período de 2013 a 2016? Concluiu-se que há uma continuidade quanto a dificuldade de explicitação da dimensão teórica das pesquisas, uma maior facilidade na explicitação de alguns elementos da dimensão metodológica e uma tendência de permanência das fragilidades no campo acadêmico da Política Educacional.
