The constitution of the businessman in the career plans of teaching professionals: a proposal for an analytical matrix

Resumo: | The objective of this work is to propose a matrix that helps researchers to take the Career and Compensation Plans (Planos de Carreira e Remuneração – PCR) of teaching professionals as a way for the public power to contribute to the constitution of the entrepreneurial man, as opposed to a PCR that understands that the statutory qualities for access, attractiveness and professional progress value the server based on the actions of protection and expansion of the career conditions offered by the State itself. The aspects that underlie the literature around the theme move towards the construction of PCR that promote the attractiveness, permanence and security in the profession, in opposition to the neoliberal dictates, which aim to make the worker an entrepreneur of himself, extending the logic of the market business to human relations. The indications of this study understand that the PCR have the potential to constitute, in the public educational scope, businessmen in the neoliberal logic, a fact that supports the methodological proposal discussed in this text. Career plans.El objetivo de este trabajo es proponer una matriz que ayude a los investigadores y a las investigadora a tomar los Planes de Carrera y Remuneración (PCR) de los profesionales del magisterio como una modo para que el poder público contribuya a la constitución del hombre de negocios, en contraposición a un PCR que comprenda que las cualidades estatutarias para el acceso, la atracción, y el progreso profesional valoren al servidor a partir de las acciones de protección y ampliación de las condiciones de carrera ofrecidas por el propio Estado. Los aspectos que subyacen a la literatura en torno al tema caminan hacia la construcción de PCR que promuevan la atracción, la permanencia y la seguridad en la profesión, en contraposición a los dictámenes neoliberales, que pretenden hacer del trabajador un emprendedor de sí, extendiendo la lógica del mercado a las relaciones humanas. Las indicaciones de este estudio comprenden que los PCR tienen el potencial de constituir, en el ámbito educativo público, hombres de negocios en la lógica neoliberal, hecho que sustenta la propuesta metodológica discutida en este texto. Planes de carrera.O objetivo deste trabalho é propor uma matriz que auxilie os pesquisadores e as pesquisadoras a tomar os Planos de Carreira e Remuneração (PCR) dos profissionais do magistério como um modo de o poder público contribuir para a constituição do homem empresarial, em contraposição a um PCR que entenda que as qualidades estatutárias para o acesso, a atratividade e o progresso profissional valorizem o servidor a partir das ações de proteção e de ampliação das condições de carreira ofertadas pelo próprio Estado. Os aspectos que embasam a literatura em torno da temática caminham na direção da construção de PCR que promovam a atratividade, a permanência e a segurança na profissão, em contraposição aos ditames neoliberais, que objetivam tornar o trabalhador como empreendedor de si, estendendo a lógica de mercado empresarial às relações humanas. As indicações deste estudo compreendem que os PCR têm potencialidade para constituir, no âmbito educacional público, homens empresariais na lógica neoliberal, fato que embasa a proposta metodológica discutida neste texto.
