Resumo: This article is the result of experiments with organic materials as powers capable of transforming static into movement through liturgical interaction between bodies and Afronature. From the productive intersection of my initiation / priesthood in Candomblé throughout my existence, and in the last decade as an intellectual contributor to the Archeology of Black Religions in Brazil, ebó is analyzed as an African technology safeguarded within the Camdomblés. To this end, the text begins with an ethnographic situation, followed by archaeological occurrences recorded in two Reports of Survey of Impact on Archaeological Heritage in Bahia to reflect on the disposal of ebó in sacred landscapes from an Afro-religious perspective. It continues with the historical process of transatlantic displacement of organic goods to support the liturgy of African-based religions from the 18th century onwards in Bahia, concluding with the understanding of ebó technology as a physical and energetic instrument for the circulation of axé between biological bodies.
