Resumo: The main objective of this research was to determine the economic factors and their effects on the non-compliance of the tax obligations of the grocery sector in the Buenos Aires Market, Chimbote, 2021.The population and sample are made up of 50 merchants of the grocery sector of the Buenos Aires Market Aires. To collect the information, a survey with 14 items was applied. The results of the investigation showed that economic factors significantly affect the non-compliance of the tax obligations of the grocery sector in the Buenos Aires Market, Chimbote, 2021. The conclusions regarding the economic factor were found that 52% agree with keeping the information in mind to comply with tax payments and 66% consider it necessary to have a payment schedule.

La población y muestra está conformada por 50 comerciantes del sector abarrotes del Mercado Buenos Aires. Para recoger la información se aplicó una encuesta con 14 ítems. Los resultados de la investigación demostraron que los factores económicos afectan significativamente en el incumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias del sector abarrotes en el Mercado Buenos Aires, Chimbote, 2021. Finalmente, las conclusiones en relación al factor económico se encontraron que el 52% está de acuerdo con tener presente la información para cumplir con los pagos tributarios y el 66% considera necesario tener un cronograma de pago.O objetivo principal desta pesquisa é determinar os fatores econômicos e seus efeitos sobre o descumprimento das obrigações fiscais do setor de mercearia no Mercado de Buenos Aires, Chimbote, 2021. A população e amostra é composta por 50 comerciantes da cidade de Buenos Aires Setor Mercearia do Mercado de Aires. Para coletar as informações, foi aplicado um questionário com 14 itens. Os resultados da investigação mostraram que os fatores econômicos afetam significativamente o não cumprimento das obrigações fiscais no setor de mercearia no Mercado de Buenos Aires, Chimbote, 2021.
