Resumo: The main objective of this research has been to determine if labor costs influence the informal hiring of personnel in the MYPEs of the city of Moyobamba 2021, the methodology was of an applied type, not an experimental correlational descriptive level, with a population of 354 managers. of micro and small entrepreneurs, the following conclusion was reached: Labor costs highly influence the informal hiring of personnel in the MYPEs of the city of Moyobamba 2021, partially according to the inferential result indicates the ρ-value "Sig. Bilateral” ρ = 0.001 (ρ<0.05), which demonstrates and therefore H1 is accepted, evidence that there is a positive level of significance between the Labor Costs and Personnel Hiring variables. According to the correlation coefficient, it is equal to 0.769 (r=0.769), this being in a value in the very good correlation range, with a positive orientation between the variables under study, in the same way the descriptive analysis if it considers that the costs Labor costs are high for the hiring of personnel, there is 60% say never and almost never, 5% neutral, and 35% indicate almost always and always, from which it is evident that for a majority 60% labor costs are not high, but for 35% who do consider them to be high, which shows why this percentage does not formally hire staff.

Bilateral” ρ = 0.001 (ρ<0.05), lo que demuestra y por loque se acepta la H1, evidenciando que existe un nivel positivo de significancia entre las variables Costos laborales y Contratación de personal. De acuerdo al coeficiente de correlación es igual a 0.769 (r=0.769), estando este en un valor en el rango de correlación muy buena, con una orientación positiva entre las variables en estudio, de igual manera el análisis descriptivo si considera que los costos laborales son altos para la contratación de personal, existe un 60% dice nunca y casi nunca, un 5% neutro, y 35% indica casi siempre y siempre, de lo que se evidencia que para una mayoría 60% los costos laborales no son altos, pero si para un 35% que lo si considera que son altos, lo cual evidencia porque este porcentaje no contrata al personal formalmente.O objetivo principal desta pesquisa foi determinar se os custos trabalhistas influenciam na contratação informal de pessoal nos MYPEs da cidade de Moyobamba 2021, a metodologia foi do tipo aplicada, não experimental em nível descritivo correlacional, com uma população de 354 gestores. de micro e pequenos empresários, chegou-se à seguinte conclusão: Os custos trabalhistas influenciam muito a contratação informal de pessoal nos MYPEs da cidade de Moyobamba 2021, parcialmente de acordo com o resultado inferencial indica o valor ρ “Sig. Bilateral” ρ = 0,001 (ρ<0,05), o que demonstra e, portanto, H1 é aceito, evidenciando que há um nível de significância positivo entre as variáveis ​​Custo do Trabalho e Contratação de Pessoal.
