“EDIL”, uma ferramenta de gestão para preservação de atrativos turísticos: uma análise dos equipamentos da Lagoa da Ana Jansen (MA)

Este artigo é produto dos trabalhos realizados pelo Grupo de Estudo e Pesquisa “Gestão, Marketing e Sustentabilidade do Turismo”, com a linha de pesquisa – Desenvolvimento Regional e Marketing Territorial. Neste artigo apresentamos o método EDIL, uma ferramenta de gestão para preservação de atrativos turísticos. O objeto de estudo é a Lagoa da Ana Jansen, em São Luís-MA. A metodologia utilizada foi de caráter primário, com pesquisa de campo, aplicação de questionário, entrevista, e fontes secundária, com levantamento bibliográfico e fotográfico. Através dessa metodologia foi possível identificar as necessidades, limitações de ordem estrutural e de gestão, ocasionando a fragilidade do espaço comprometendo sua função de proporcionar entretenimento e lazer para a comunidade local. Diante desses resultados negativos propomos a aplicação do EDIL, uma ferramenta de gestão para preservar esse atrativo turístico, a Lagoa da Ana Jansen. "EDIL", a management tool for the preservation of touristic attractions: a proposal for the Lagoa da Ana Jansen (MA, Brazil) ABSTRACT This article is a result of work undertaken by the Research Group "Management, Marketing and Tourism Sustainability", with the research line Territorial Marketing and Regional Development, which objectifies to present the EDIL, a management tool to good use spaces and equipments. The chosen object of study is the touristic attraction Lagoa da Anna Jansen, in São Luís - MA. The theoretical framework to support this work is the concept of development of Methodology for the preparation of local development strategies, Ivan Silva Lira, allied to the concepts of education, infrastructure and control, EDIL management tool for assessing good use of spaces. The choice of this reference was due to the pragmatic character of its applicability accordingly to the ease of identifying the needs, structural and management limitations, which led to the fragility os space. The methodological procedures used were field work with a questionnaire and interview, and searches based on litarature. The result of this work is the weakness that is the Lagoa da Anna Jansen result of civic education lack for the public sector and local entrepreneurs.
