Resumo: | The educational support programme contributes to the personal and intellectual training of students, awakening potentialities that will impact their professional performance. This work aims to evaluate how educational support programmes helped future teachers to better understand the basic contents of “Chemistry for Biologists" and "Biochemistry", from the perspective of the monitored students and also of the student monitors of the Teaching Degree in Biological Sciences an undergraduate programme of UFTM. For this, an evaluative questionnaire was developed and applied to the undergraduate students who attended the monitoring courses. It was found that, the educational support programme functioned as a space for learning and exchange of knowledge by all parties involved in this process, also allowing the monitor to approach teaching practice. |

Este trabajo tiene como objetivo evaluar, desde la perspectiva de los estudiantes monitoreados y monitores de la graduación en Ciencias Biológicas de la UFTM, cómo la tutoría ayudó a los futuros profesores a comprender mejor los contenidos de las asignaturas "Química para Biólogos" y "Bioquímica". Al fin, se utilizó un cuestionario con preguntas abiertas y cerradas, cuyos datos fueron tabulados cuantitativamente en las preguntas cerradas y categorizados a posteriori en las preguntas abiertas. Se puede apreciar que la tutoría funcionó como un espacio de aprendizaje e intercambio de conocimientos entre las partes involucradas, permitiendo además a los monitores acercarse a la práctica docente.A monitoria contribui para a formação pessoal e intelectual dos estudantes, despertando potencialidades que impactarão na sua atuação profissional. Este trabalho tem o objetivo de avaliar como monitorias ajudaram os futuros professores a compreenderem melhor os conteúdos básicos das disciplinas de “Química para Biólogos” e “Bioquímica”, a partir da visão dos alunos monitorados e também dos alunos monitores do curso de Licenciatura em Ciências Biológicas da UFTM. Para tanto, foi desenvolvido e aplicado um questionário avaliativo para os licenciandos que frequentaram as monitorias.
