Confluences: crossroads of knowledge from African matrices and the training of environmental educators

Resumo: | Scientific knowledge sometimes acts in a way that overhealms traditional knowledge. The work lineation starts understanding the conception of nature of the masters of popular knowledge of African matrices present in the subject "Meeting of knowledge and educational practices", lectured at a university in Minas Gerais, proposing reflections on what it concerns with a critical environmental educators training. To reach that, participant observation was adopted during the course, followed by documental research with the data collected. The cosmovision and the intimacy with nature contrast with the paradigms present in the hegemonic society and highlights the indispensability of the exercise of the confluence of knowledge, essential for the environmental educators training. |

La trayectoria de este trabajo parte de la comprensión de la concepción de la naturaleza de los maestros de los saberes de matrices africanas presentes en la disciplina "Encuentro de saberes y prácticas educativas", impartida en una universidad de Minas Gerais, proponiendo reflexiones sobre la formación de educadores ambientales críticos. En el presente trabajo se adoptó la observación participante durante el curso, seguida de una investigación documental con los datos recogidos. Las cosmovisiones y la íntima relación con la naturaleza contrastan con los paradigmas presentes en la sociedad hegemónica y exponen la indispensabilidad del ejercicio de la confluencia de saberes, imprescindible para la formación de educadores ambientales.O conhecimento científico, por vezes, atua de forma opressora aos saberes de tradição. A trajetória desse trabalho se inicia a partir da compreensão de concepção de natureza da/os mestra/es dos saberes populares de matrizes africanas presentes na disciplina “Encontro de saberes e práticas educativas”, ministrada em uma universidade de Minas Gerais, propondo reflexões no que tange a formação de educadoras/es ambientais críticos. Para tal, foi adotado a observação participante durante a disciplina e em sequência a pesquisa documental com os dados coletados.
