Resumo: This work presents the linguist and content producer Janaisa Viscardi. She talks about her experiences as a pioneer in the scientific communication on linguistics in Brazil, specially on YouTube, in which she has maintained a channel for almost 10 years, and on other platforms and social networks, with specific implications concerning to different audiences, formats and discursive genres in which language and linguistics are presented for the general public.
