It is a comparative, historical-hermeneutical study, with an epidemiological focus. The one-month impact of the first positive case by COVID-19 in Paraguay is analyzed. Periodicals, laws and the antecedent of the 1918 pandemic have been used. The result shown shows that the necessary measures have been taken to avoid missing the school year, but this has brought to light important aspects to improve for teaching distance learning, use of virtual learning environments. |
