QUALIDADE DE VIDA DOS ENFERMEIROS NO CONTEXTO HOSPITALAR: REVISÃO DE ESCOPO

Resumo: Objective: to map the production of knowledge about the factors that interfere with the quality of life of nurses in the hospital context. Methods: This is a scope review. The PRISMA Extension for Scoping Reviews instrument was used to write the study. The seven databases consulted: MEDLINE; Scopus; CINAHL; WOS; LILACS; BDENF and IBECS and repositories of theses and dissertations: BDTD and CAPES. Studies were grouped in Rayyan software and duplicates removed. Results: A total of 1,623 studies were identified, of which 38 made up the sample. Data were synthesized and presented in tables and figures with the characterization of the included studies with their descriptive analysis. Conclusion: Positive and negative factors are related to nurses' quality of life. The most cited negatives: stress, type of hospital, age, night shift, shift work, female gender and work situation. The positives: education level, professional experience and professional training.

Métodos: Esta es una revisión del alcance. Para redactar el estudio se utilizó el instrumento PRISMA Extension for Scoping Reviews. Las siete bases de datos consultadas: MEDLINE; Scopus; CINAHL; WOS; LILAS; BDENF e IBECS y repositorios de tesis y disertaciones: BDTD y CAPES. Los estudios se agruparon en el software Rayyan y se eliminaron los duplicados. Resultados: Se identificaron un total de 1.623 estudios, de los cuales 38 conformaron la muestra. Los datos fueron sintetizados y presentados en tablas y figuras con la caracterización de los estudios incluidos con su análisis descriptivo. Conclusión: Los factores positivos y negativos están relacionados con la calidad de vida de los enfermeros. Los negativos más citados: estrés, tipo de hospital, edad, turno de noche, turnos de trabajo, sexo femenino y situación laboral. Los positivos: nivel de estudios, experiencia profesional y formación profesional.Objetivo: mapear a produção do conhecimento a respeito dos fatores que interferem na qualidade de vida dos enfermeiros no contexto hospitalar. Métodos: Trata-se de uma revisão de escopo. O instrumento PRISMA Extension for Scoping Reviews foi utilizado para a redação do estudo. As sete bases de dados consultadas: MEDLINE; Scopus; CINAHL; WOS; LILACS; BDENF e IBECS e repositórios de teses e dissertações: BDTD e CAPES. Os estudos foram agrupados no software Rayyan e as duplicatas removidas. Resultados: Identificados 1.623 estudos dos quais 38 compuseram a amostra. Os dados foram sintetizados e apresentados em quadros e figuras com a caracterização dos estudos inclusos com a análise descritiva deles. Conclusão: Fatores positivos e negativos estão relacionados à qualidade de vida dos enfermeiros. Os negativos mais citados: estresse, tipo de hospital, idade, plantão noturno, trabalho em turnos, sexo feminino e situação de trabalho.
