Resumo: Objective: To elaborate two Standard Operational Protocols (POPs), one for the exchange of the gastrostomy catheter in children and its validation by stomatotherapist nurses. Method: This is a methodological research carried out in two stages: process of constructing two Standard Operational Protocols (POPs) and their validation by judges. The search for literature occurred in the bases / portal: Caribbean in Health Sciences (LILACS); Scientific Electronic Library Online (SCIELO); Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online (MEDLINE). The POPs were then elaborated and evaluated by stomatotherapist judges. The analysis was performed by calculating the Content Validity Index (CVI). Results: four studies were selected as results of the integrative review. The sample of judges was composed of six professionals. The POP on the exchange and the catheter obtained IVC = 0.87 and the POP on the catheter care received IVC = 0.83 and were considered valid for the contents and appearance. Conclusion: the evaluation of the judges culminated in the validation of the POPs, suggesting changes that were accepted and discussed with the literature.

SOBENFeE2019-09-26info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionapplication/pdfhttps://revistaenfermagematual.com/index.php/revista/article/view/45210.31011/reaid-2019-v.89-n.27-art.452Journal Enfermagem Atual In Derme; Vol. 89 No. 27 (2019): EDIÇÃO Jul.
