Resumo: Examina se e em que medida o artigo 3 (g) da Resolução 3314/1974 (Definição de Agressão) da Assembleia Geral das Nações Unidas, pode ser interpretado com base na jurisprudência do Tribunal Internacional de Justiça. Confere especial atenção à conexão entre as normas internacionais sobre o uso da força e a lei da responsabilidade internacional, bem como o significado e o status atribuídos pelo tribunal às expressões “envio” e “envolvimento substancial”, ambos presentes no referido artigo 3 (g).
