Promover o debate, trazendo os mais diversos argumentos, favoráveis e contrários, tendo como fonte a Constituição Federal e a PEC 37, evidenciando os posicionamentos da doutrina, da jurisprudência, dos promotores de justiça, delegados, juízes e estudiosos do Direito, em consonância com as disposições constitucionais e infraconstitucionais. Trazendo aspectos inerentes aos poderes conferidos pelo Estado ao Ministério Público, suas garantias. Serão utilizadas pesquisas bibliográficas, análise dos textos legais e o exame dos entendimentos jurisprudenciais como fontes a nortear o andamento do presente estudo.This paper aims to discuss issues pertaining to the investigative power of the Public Ministry. Promote debate, bringing the various arguments for and against having the federal Constitution as a source and PEC 37, showing the positions of the doctrine, jurisprudence, the prosecutors, sheriffs, judges and scholars of law, in line with the constitutional and infra. Bringing aspects of the powers conferred by the state prosecutors, their guarantees.
