Parti de uma abordagem demonstrativa das correntes que iniciaram a discussão sobre a formação da previdência social, suas dificuldades e implantação. Abordei, os principais princípios que norteiam a previdência social com o intuito de fixar a importância princípios são os pilares do nosso sistema. Também demonstro que para exercer o direito de requerer a aposentadoria, o segurado deverá preencher determinados requisitos para ter o direito ao benefício. Por fim, apresento a aposentadoria dos professores de ensino infantil, fundamental e médio, onde por força de lei constitucional, preenchido os requisitos deverão ter uma redução de cinco anos em seu tempo de contribuição para requerer a aposentadoria, no entanto, devido ao emaranhado de modificações quase que diárias nas leis que assola o país, dificulta uma conclusão sobre o tema, pois as regras são constantemente modificadas nos dando uma sensação de insegurança jurídica.This essay discusses the peculiarities of the social security's contributive character, showing its formation both in Brazil and abroad, while conceptualizing the different views of many authors.I started from a demonstrative approach of the ideas that initiated the deployment about the formation of social security, its difficulties and introduction. Approaching the main principles that lead social security with the intention on fixing the importance, I also introduce that to practice the rights of requesting retirement the beneficiary must fulfill certain requirements to achieve the right of the benefits. At last, I present the retirement of Kinden garden, elementary high, and high school teachers, with several demonstrative charts showing the diverse possibilities that the law enforces at those retirements, taking in consideration that, to be entitled to that right, they must, as stated in the constitutional law, fulfill the requirements so they can be rewarded a 5 year reduction in they're contribution time to require the retirement.
