Resumo: A seguinte monografia tem como abordar o aumento dos atos infracionais praticados por adolescentes infratores, e de sua crescente violência, faz-se necessário a análise do resultado das medidas socioeducativas, a partir de todas as etapas do direito penal juvenil, aspectos infracionais e pesquisas, para encontrar e definir os fatores que contribuem para a ineficiência da socialização e que o levam o jovem a cometer o ato infracional, sem esquecer que este é um adolescente, ser em desenvolvimento e que tal fase deve ser devidamente estudada; e para verificar a eficiência dessas medidas a partir de estudos realizados pelo Ministério Público do Distrito Federal, Codeplan entre outros nos últimos anos.
