O objetivo geral do trabalho é a criação da Gráfica Pontual, guiando-se pelos objetivos específicos de: estudar o mercado a fim de identificar possíveis ameaças e oportunidades; analisar os fornecedores de máquinas, equipamentos, suprimentos e materiais de consumo (papéis) com o intuito de encontrar a alternativa mais viável e reduzir o investimento inicial de modo a evitar a necessidade de tomar dinheiro de terceiros; desenvolver estratégias de mercado e marketing; analisar a viabilidade financeira do negócio e, por fim, fazer projeções pessimistas e otimistas antevendo cenários. A metodologia adotada foi do tipo exploratória. Os procedimentos técnicos utilizados tiveram por base a pesquisa bibliográfica, documental e de campo. Foram verificados alguns indicadores de viabilidade, como o ponto de equilíbrio, que embora alto, favorece a viabilidade do negócio, a lucratividade da empresa alcançando uma taxa de 17,45% e a rentabilidade de 60,44%. O retorno do investimento ocorrerá no prazo de 1 ano e 6 meses. Diante das análises e projeções conclui-se que o empreendimento é viável.This trading plan has as its aim to show the studies and analysis in feasibility in the creation at “Gráfica Pontual Ltda.”, focusing in digital graphical production, in the city of Serra Dourada-BA. The general aim of this work is the creation in the “Gráfica Pontual”, guiding itself by the specific aims: study the market to identify possible threats and opportunities; analyze the suppliers of the machines, equipment, supplies and consumables (paper) with the aim of finding the most viable alternative and reduce the initial investment trying to avoid the necessity of loaning money from others; develop strategies of market and marketing; analyze the feasibility of trading and, lastly, bring pessimist and optimistic projections intending to see some scenes. The methodology used was the exploratory one. The technical procedures used had as basis the bibliographical, documental and field research. It was verified some indicators of feasibility, like the balanced point, although that high, it is for the feasibility of the business, the profitability of the company reaching the number of 17,45% and the returns of 60,44%. The return of the investment will take place in the period of 1 year and 6 months.
