Trata sobre direitos e princípios elencados na Carta Magna e no Estatuto da Criança e do adolescente centrados para a proteção do menor. Enfoca o ato infracional e descreve seu procedimento e princípios. Destaca a medida socioeducativa de internação como tema principal, analisando suas características e aplicação ao menor infrator e sua finalidade pedagógica. Finalizando faz uma analise sobre a medida de Internação no DF, através de pesquisas e entrevistas, trazendo a tona o não cumprimento dos princípios e direitos do menor privado de liberdade, a inexistência de lei que dê mais força a sentença e ao real cumprimento do ECA. Foi utilizado neste trabalho pesquisa bibliográfica baseada em doutrina, legislação e jurisprudência com o fito de justificar a tese do trabalho, que se baseia no abismo que existe entre o Estatuto e a realidade vivida pelos adolescentes privados de sua liberdade.His study seeks to analyze about the social and educational measures hospital which is found in Articles 121 and following of the Statute of Children and adolescents, and their effectiveness in terms of the purpose which such measures are the rehabilitation and reintegration of the adolescent offender to society. These rights and principles listed in the Magna Carta and the Statute of Children and teen-centric to protect the child. Focuses on the offenders, described his procedure and principles. Highlights the social and educational measures of hospital as the main theme, examining their characteristics and application to the juvenile delinquent and his pedagogical purpose. Finalizing makes an analysis on the extent of Stay in the DF, through surveys and interviews, bringing out the non-compliance with the principles and rights of the child deprived of liberty, the absence of a law giving more power to sentence and the actual performance of the ACE .
