Portanto, o estudo será fonte de informação sobre as questões que envolvem o bullying, observando seus protagonistas, os tipos previstos e as conseqüências que trazem ao agredido. Fará breves considerações sobre o assédio sofrido por alunos em instituição de ensino. Tratará ainda sobre considerações ao Código Penal e as futuras leis que irão normatizar o bullying, das quais são caracterizadas como leis específicas, estaduais, municipais e distritais, como por exemplo, Lei nº 4.837, de 22 de maio de 2012, Projeto de Lei nº 228, de 2010, Lei nº 13.474, de 28 de junho de 2010, Lei nº 14.957, de 16 de julho de 2009, Lei nº 5.089 de 6 de outubro de 2009, Lei Municipal Ordinária nº 2236/2009 e Lei nº 2815, de 10 de dezembro de 2009, observando ainda o anteprojeto ao Código Penal Brasileiro, o qual ainda está em trâmite para aprovação e inclusão futura do bullying como ato infracional, findando com a conclusão sobre o adimplemento das referidas leis no estado brasileiro.This paper is intended to address bullying, bringing information and historical aspects, exemplifying other countries to reach the Brazilian state. Therefore, the study will be a source of information on the issues surrounding bullying, noting its protagonists, the types provided and the consequences they bring to the attacked. Will make brief remarks about the harassment suffered by students in educational institution.
