Anti-bullying interventions: a literature review

Resumo: | Several published studies on bullying bring concepts, epidemiology and, mainly, consequences of this practice today. However, it was observed that a smaller number of them bring interventions that can be carried out to prevent potential consequences of this practice. The objective of this study is to search the literature for suggested actions to prevent this violence. With this, a review was made of anti-bullying interventions already applied. Although most studies do not consider this data, some emphasize combat. There were notes on the personality of both the aggressor and the victim, as a triggering or protective factor, and also witnessing aggression as a potential inhibitor. Therefore, one of the practices that were observed in the combat was to make adolescents protagonists in the confrontation, including bringing their individual issues to potential improvement in interpersonal relationships. |

Sin embargo, se observó que un número menor de ellos trae intervenciones que pueden realizarse para prevenir posibles consecuencias de esta práctica. El objetivo de este estudio es buscar en la literatura acciones sugeridas para prevenir esta violencia. Con ello se hizo una revisión de las intervenciones anti bullying ya aplicadas. Aunque la mayoría de los estudios no consideran este dato, algunos enfatizan el combate. Se anotaba la personalidad tanto del agresor como de la víctima, como factor desencadenante o protector, y también el presenciar la agresión como potencial inhibidor. Por lo tanto, una de las prácticas que se observaron en el combate fue convertir a los adolescentes en protagonistas del enfrentamiento, incluso llevando sus problemáticas individuales a una potencial mejora en las relaciones interpersonales.Diversos estudos publicados sobre bullying trazem conceitos, epidemiologia e, principalmente, consequências dessa prática nos dias de hoje. No entanto, observou-se que uma menor parte deles traz intervenções que possam ser realizadas para prevenir potenciais consequências dessa prática. O objetivo deste estudo é buscar na literatura ações sugeridas para evitar essa violência. Com isso, foi feita uma revisão sobre intervenções anti-bullying já aplicadas. Embora a maioria dos estudos não contemple esse dado, alguns dão ênfase ao combate. Houve apontamentos na personalidade, tanto do agressor, quanto da vítima, como fator desencadeante ou fator protetor e, também, testemunhar agressões como potencial inibidor. Portanto, uma das práticas que foram observadas no combate foi tornar os adolescentes protagonistas no enfrentamento, inclusive trazendo suas questões individuais para potencial melhora das relações interpessoais.
