Resumo: This article aims to analyze the existing historical relationship between Avon Brasil and the LGBTQIA+ theme, allowing us to understand the developments involved in the approximation process – advances, limits, points of tension. The single case study is about Avon Brasil, demonstrating that the company has been avant-garde in managing sexual diversity and gender identity and expression, while presenting limitations in the organizational context.
