Resumo: Immigration is by diverse reasons, but the search for work is a major cause of mobility from one country to another. The Brazil attracts many workers, especially the poor and undocumented. With intensification of the processes of globalization of the economy, there are a considerable number of Bolivian immigrants and Haitian toward the cities. These individuals, because of their vulnerability from a legal point of view, are subject to the precarious conditions in the search for better opportunities. The precarious employment of immigrants infringe the rights linked to human dignity, such as those guaranteed by the International Labour Organisation (ILO) and other national and international diplomas. Notwithstanding national legislation does not regulate satisfactorily the migration issue, we must consider the case of these workers in the light of the principles of Human Dignity, Equality, Non-Discrimination and labor theory of nullity. For the rest, all immigrants is a member of a society and as such should have your work recognized and protected, both by national law and the international.
