This research has the purpose to demonstrate and discuss how integrity programs based on the Compliance model can be meaningful to Civil Society Organizations for their better monitoring by the control bodies, the Government and society as a whole, enabling compliance. with the values adopted by the organization, such as transparency, ethics and integrity in the management of public resources. To this end, we will address the main challenges that Law No. 13.019/2014 itself brings with the yours important changes in the realization of partnerships with the Government to implement public policies in the social area. For Civil Society Organizations, compliance not only exceeds compliance with certain rules and precepts, but also means safeguarding the recurring practices, behavior and attitudes of employees, volunteers, partners, and advisors to society, the externalization of the principles that defend, such as transparency, ethics and the prevalence of collective interest over individual interests. In the scenario in which they are inserted, these entities are served as devices to obtain resources and sustainability that enable the fulfillment of their mission, according to the values defended by them.
