Resumo: The actual research focus is to investigate the implementation of the UCA program, focusing on the possible consequences of the participating teachers. We conduct the research in accordance with an exploratory way, qualitative, with participatory observation, focusing the possible consequences for performance of the participating teachers in the program. Considering that some educational programs implemented in Brazil, used part of the available resources on training and development of teachers, aimed, among other objectives, to improve the teaching quality, intends to understand how teacher react to the project, what kind of impact or consequence occurred since the contact from teacher with the new adopted technology. This way, exploring the incorporation of the project on the teacher's working dinamic, searching that new challenges are coming since the Laptop's use and which consequences to their own formation.
