We will develop, from the correlation of African decolonization and Brazilian indigenous thought, the idea of an indigenous place of speech as a carnal, bound and politicizing aesthetic-political voice-prexis that has in decolonization and decatequization its structuring and dynamizing core. The Indigenous place of speech is constituted as an aesthetic-political fiction in which the group-subject-body-gender-sex appears in its politicity, its mutuality, and its relationality, never in racial terms (therefore, the place of speech is not racialized racist and exclusivist, but rather aesthetic-political-normative construction and performance) and, for political-cultural minorities, it stands as the basis from which to effectively confront the triad Eurocentrism-colonialism-racism and/or as fascism. Therefore, in the case of the indigenous (and black, and feminist, and gay, and transgender etc.) place of speech, the need for a direct, authorial, autonomous, autobiographical, testimonial, experiential, and mnemonic voice-prexis that makes visible, politicizes, and publicly roots political-cultural minorities from their alterities and from their experiences of marginalization, exclusion, and violence lived as negativity, avoiding their depersonalization-invisibilization.
