The subject who has his right violated feels wronged, therefore, he initiates his demand to the judiciary in order to recover the lost or violated right and that come from an extrajudicial conflict. In this way, a new direction and a new didactic for human relations emerges. Mediation comes with the promise of being able to reestablish connections that were previously broken by the lack of adequate communication in the face of interpersonal conflict. In this way, the objective of this scientific article is to present the Waratian mediation in the daily life of Brazilians, applying it in basic education, in institutional relationships and in the family environment, in which the benefits and development of this methodology can be analyzed in the face of previously governed relationships. by the culture of litigation, rooted in homeland education, through the analysis of books and articles on the subject.
