Pandemic and emergency aid: resources and impacts in the municipalities of Campos Gerais-PR

Resumo: This article aims to reflect on the way in which federal government resources are distributed to Brazilian states for their populations' access to emergency aid and the impacts of the pandemic context on the reality of municipalities in the Campos Gerais Region in Paraná, this article presents a study of data from national official bodies and part of the results of research carried out on the demands of basic social protection in the municipalities of the Campos Gerais-Paraná Region. The research is descriptive-exploratory based on data collected from official bodies and social workers who work in the Social Assistance Reference Centers - CRAS in the researched region. The results point to the need to improve the management of emergency aid, by increasing the demand for basic social protection in the municipalities, which will demand from the State a set of actions to guarantee access to income as a right of citizenship in Brazil.

Apresenta um estudo de dados de órgãos oficiais nacionais e parte dos resultados de pesquisa desenvolvida sobre as demandas da proteção social básica nos municípios da Região dos Campos Gerais. A pesquisa é de natureza descritivo-exploratória, a partir de dados coletados de órgãos oficiais e junto de assistentes sociais que atuam nos Centros de Referência de Assistência Social - CRAS da região pesquisada.
