An analysis of the categories of the history and philosophy of science in the science education periodics

Resumo: | The History and Philosophy of Science (HFC) has been a subject of great interest in recent years, as the interaction between HFC and teaching occurs in several ways, and can be as proposals based on different pedagogical trends. However, taking into account the number of works published on the subject HFC in Science Education, the number of publications that report results of empirical investigations on works with this theme having this feature of bibliographic review dividing HFC into categories is nonexistent in the literature. Due to the relevance of the theme, the need arose to gather and organize the knowledge produced by previous researches, the need to make a bibliographic survey of the works that involve the mentioned theme was perceived and to divide them into categories due to the heterogeneity found when reading the abstracts. , methodologies and when necessary the full text, aiming to bring a general overview of how HFC is being worked in the academic environment, which aspects are presented with more or less evidence. We analyzed a total of 107 articles published between 2012 and 2017 in the five national journals and one international best evaluated by CAPES. The results revealed that of the six categories that the HFC had been divided, there is a very expressive number (half of the categories) of works published in the field of physics, as well as a scarcity and even lack of works in the area of Chemistry and Biology. |

Porém, o número de trabalhos publicados a respeito da temática HFC no Ensino de Ciências, que relatam resultados de investigações empíricas sobre trabalhos com esse tema apresentando a característica de revisão bibliográfica dividindo a HFC em categorias é inexistente na literatura. Devido à relevância do tema surgiu a necessidade de reunir e organizar os conhecimentos produzidos pelas pesquisas anteriores, percebeu-se a necessidade de fazer um levantamento bibliográfico dos trabalhos que envolvem a referida temática e dividi-las em categorias pela heterogeneidade encontrada diante das leituras, tendo como objetivo trazer um panorama de como a HFC vem sendo estudada. Analisamos um total de 107 artigos publicados entre 2012 e 2017 nas cinco revistas nacionais e uma internacional melhores avaliadas pela CAPES.
