Resumo: The article, part of a master's research, developed according to the Oral History methodology, deals with a rural school: The Grupo Escolar Rural Usina Bandeirantes - Paraná primary education institution created around 1947 and extinguished in the mid-1970s. Some general aspects related to the pedagogical proposal of this school are presented in order to support the more specific discussion on the central theme of the article: how was the training of teachers who taught in the School Group; and the context in which the teaching activity was inserted. The historical sources constituted with teachers who had experiences in the thematic School Group, present considerations on how the dimensions of the formation, as well as the dynamics of an alternating rural school, unfold in formative aspects that, in addition to a disciplinary approach, involve ways of being, of knowing and of being that break with certain crystallized truths present in the literature.

Algunos aspectos generales relacionados con Se presentan las propuestas pedagógicas de esta escuela con el fin de apoyar la discusión más específica sobre el tema central del artículo: cómo fue la formación de los docentes que impartieron clases en el Grupo Escolar; y el contexto en el que se inserta la actividad docente. Las fuentes históricas constituidas con docentes que tuvieron experiencias en el Grupo Temático Escolar, presentan consideraciones sobre cómo las dimensiones de la formación, así como la dinámica de una escuela rural alterna, se despliegan en aspectos formativos que, además de un enfoque disciplinar, involucran formas de ser, de conocer y de ser que rompen con ciertas verdades cristalizadas presentes en la literatura.O artigo, recorte de uma pesquisa de mestrado, desenvolvida segundo a metodologia História Oral, trata sobre uma escola rural: O Grupo Escolar Rural Usina Bandeirantes - instituição paranaense de ensino primário criada por volta de 1947 e extinta em meados da década de 1970. A intenção principal busca reconstruir e compreender os traços da prática docente, fazendo a articulação/diálogo entre os depoimentos orais com o que aborda a literatura, com fito de ampliar as possibilidades da investigação. Alguns aspectos gerais, relativo à proposta pedagógica dessa escola são apresentados de modo a sustentar a discussão mais específica sobre o tema central do artigo: como era a formação das professoras que lecionaram no Grupo Escolar e o contexto que estava inserida a atuação docente.
