Resumo: Science and poetry are perhaps the most beautiful languages used to represent nature. Based on this proposition, this article reports the experiences lived in the scientific dissemination project “A Janela Azul”, which using poetic language, proposed to talk about astronomy topics for children and adolescents. Poetry and drawing were chosen as ways to promote and enhance the enchantment generated by these themes. To this end, illustrated poetic texts were created, giving rise to a digital book, presented to children and adolescents in scientific dissemination workshops, along with other playful strategies. The interpretations were made from the drawings produced by the participants, as well as from their spontaneous statements during the workshops. The public signaled positive perceptions regarding the content, indicating that the poetic and artistic language, combined with playfulness, results in an efficient means to introduce children and adolescents to the scientific world.
