Resumo: | This paper presents results of a research aiming at analising how a study group, constituted by prospective mathematics teachers, used a dynamic geometry software in planning activities for a teaching practice. Before practicing with students, the group read and discussed papers from journals, explored Geogebra, a dynamic geometry software, and planned a workshop to be held with students at high school level. Special emphasis is given to the investigative approach used by the group in the development activities as well as unforeseen situations that can occur when the teacher is in a learning environment based on Information and Communication Technology (ICT). These emphases will be shown by episodes that occurred during the workshop and discussions made by future teachers in the study group. The results show that the theoretical study and the discussions within the study group were instrumental in that they do not become immobilized in the face of unforeseen and could stimulate the sense of the student through investigative activities mediated by the computer. |
