Resumo: | This paper reports an experience with teaching STDE, held during a search of Dissertation in Science education, developed at the University Cruzeiro do Sul Based on the precepts of Education by Research and Action Research, conducted an educational intervention in a public school in the city of Barueri, São Paulo, in physics, during the 2009 school year, involving 145 students from three grades of school. Approached through research-oriented classroom, research the following themes: alternative energy, waste, water and environmental problems. During this intervention, seminars were held, a field visit and play. The results obtained in this work, we consider that the students developed a greater capacity to understand concepts of physics and how they relate to everyday life, favoring them thus the exercise of citizenship and social participation critical. |

Com base nos preceitos do Educar pela Pesquisa e da Pesquisa-Ação, realizamos uma intervenção pedagógica em uma escola pública da cidade de Barueri, São Paulo, na disciplina de Física, no decorrer do ano letivo de 2009, envolvendo 145 alunos de três séries do Ensino Médio. Abordamos, através de pesquisa orientada em sala de aula, a investigação dos seguintes temas centrais: energias alternativas, lixo, água e problemas ambientais. Durante esta intervenção, foram realizados seminários, visita de campo e uma peça de teatro.
