Active methodologies: a brief conceptual presentation and its methods

Resumo: | This text aims to present the concepts and principles of active methodologies, in order to describe some methods and how they can be conducted in the classroom. Thus, bibliographic research on active methodology was carried out in books and scientific productions regarding six methods classified within the active proposal. For the purpose of organizing the text, the sections were constituted in: a) it presents the methodological procedures; b) deals with the fundamentals and concepts of active methodologies, as well as their methods; c) addresses the final considerations. It is concluded that regardless of the methods, when it comes to active methodologies, the teacher needs to know them and seek what best fits within his profile, the curricular units he teaches, the students he serves and the objectives he intends to achieve. In addition, both actors (teachers and students) need to internalize their new roles, in order to constitute participant and autonomous subjects in their learning construction process. |

Así, una investigación bibliográfica sobre metodología activa fue realizada en libros y producciones científicas sobre seis métodos clasificados dentro de la propuesta activa. Para la organización del texto, las secciones se dividieron de la siguiente manera: a) presentación de los procedimientos metodológicos; b) fundamentos y conceptos de las metodologías activas, así como sus métodos; c) consideraciones finales. Se concluyó que, independientemente de los métodos, cuando se trata de metodologías activas, el profesor debe conocerlas y buscar la que mejor se adapte a su perfil, a las unidades curriculares que imparte, a los alumnos con los que se encuentra y a los objetivos que quiere alcanzar. Además, ambos actores (profesor y alumnos) necesitan interiorizar sus nuevos roles para convertirse en sujetos participantes y autónomos en su proceso de construcción del aprendizaje.Este texto tem por objetivo apresentar os conceitos e princípios de seis metodologias ativas, de modo a descrever suas características e como podem ser conduzidos em sala de aula. Assim, realizou-se pesquisa bibliográfica sobre metodologia ativa em livros e produções científicas a respeito de seis métodos classificados dentro da proposta ativa. Para fins da organização do texto, as seções foram divididas da seguinte forma: a) apresentação dos procedimentos metodológicos; b) fundamentos e conceitos das metodologias ativas, bem como seus métodos; c) considerações finais. Concluiu-se que independentemente dos métodos, quando se trata de metodologias ativas, o docente necessita conhecê-los e buscar o que melhor se enquadra dentro de seu perfil, das unidades curriculares que ministra, dos estudantes que atende e dos objetivos que pretende alcançar.
