Performative theater in the context of aphasia: elaboration of procedures and pedagogies in performing arts

Resumo: This article reflects on the performative theatrical act and the co-occurrence of verbal and non-verbal semiosis in aphasia contexts. My focus is on the reconstitution of multimodal semiosis by aphasia, not in the absence of aphasia, but in the presence of aphasia. From there, I investigated the notion of modal density of the semiosis that are interconnected, aiming to emphasize that they are: distinct; that its relevance in the construction of meaning depends on the multimodal resource, on the oral and motor capacity of the aphasic, on the most summoned and recurrent resources in the scene, on the context of meaning production. This article deepens theoretical, aesthetic, methodological and practical interests about performative staging with aphasic people in order to develop a field of study that contributes to the practices and pedagogies of creation in the performing arts.

Mi atención se centra en la reconstitución de la semiosis multimodal por afasia, no en ausencia de afasia, sino en presencia de afasia. A partir de ahí, investigué la noción de densidad modal de las semiosis que están interconectadas, con el objetivo de enfatizar que son: distintas; que su relevancia en la construcción de sentido depende del recurso multimodal, de las habilidades orales y motrices del afásico, de los recursos más convocados y recurrentes en la escena, del contexto de producción de sentido. Profundiza los intereses teóricos, estéticos, metodológicos y prácticos sobre la puesta en escena performativa con personas afásicas para desarrollar un campo de estudio que contribuya a las prácticas y pedagogías de la creación en las artes escénicas.Este artigo reflete sobre o ato teatral performativo e a coocorrência de semioses verbais e não verbais em contextos de afasia. A reconstituição de semioses multimodais pela afásica, não na ausência da afasia, mas na presença da afasia. Investiga a noção de densidade modal das semioses que se interconectam, visando salientar que elas são: distintas; que sua relevância na construção do sentido depende do recurso multimodal, da capacidade oral e motora da afásica, de recursos mais convocados e recorrentes na cena, do contexto de produção do sentido.
