Resumo: This article aims to present to the reader an idea of the use of technology and in what ways it can be useful, both for athletes, with software that helps to improve their performance and treat injuries, as well as for coaches, with this technology to develop new strategies, and for referees, to help them to promote a fairer and more competitive game. Data were collected by the questionnaire technique with 7 open and 1 closed questions, made with regulars of Planeta Korpo academy in Ibirama, state of Santa Catarina (SC), the results achieved are within expectations, since the subject is well-disseminated and many already know the importance of technology in sport.

Los datos se recopilaron mediante la técnica del cuestionario con 7 preguntas abiertas y 1 pregunta cerrada, realizado con los frecuentadores al gimnasio Planeta Korpo en Ibirama, en Santa Catarina, los resultados alcanzados están de acuerdo con lo esperado, ya que es un tema muy difundido y muchos ya conocen la importancia de la tecnología en el deporte.Este artigo tem o objetivo de apresentar ao leitor uma ideia do uso da tecnologia e de que formas pode ser útil, tanto para os atletas, com softwares que ajudam a melhorar sua performance e tratar de lesões, quanto para técnicos, tendo essa tecnologia para poder desenvolver novas estratégias e também para os árbitros, auxiliando-os para promover um jogo mais justo e competitivo.
