Resumo: | Programs like PIBID - Institutional Program of Scholarships for Initiation to Teaching - have sought to improve teachers' higher education and the quality of Brazilian Basic Education. Considering the experiences gained from this project regarding planning in Physical Education classes, we aimed to identify the possible contributions of the PIBID/FEF/UFMT subproject to the pedagogical practice of egress teachers. A qualitative research was conducted with four Physical Education teachers from the municipal teaching of Cuiabá-MT. The methodology used in this research was the case study method, using semi-structured interviews. The data reveal that the experiences provided by the subproject helped in knowing how and which referentials may be used as the basis to the elaboration of docent work plans, the selection of contents, the importance of action and reflection on pedagogical practice, as well as the docent organization and intentionality. |

Programas como el PIBID -Programa Institucional de Becas de Iniciación Docente- han tratado de perfeccionar la formación de profesores a nivel superior y mejorar la calidad de la educación básica pública brasileña. Teniendo en cuenta las experiencias proporcionadas por este proyecto relacionadas a la planificación de clases de Educación Física, pretendemos identificar las posibles contribuciones del subproyecto PIBID / FEF / UFMT para la práctica pedagógica de sus profesores egresados. Se desarrolló una investigación cualitativa con cuatro profesores de Educación Física del Sistema escolar municipal Cuiabá-MT. El método utilizado fue el estudio de casos. El instrumento fue la entrevista semiestructurada. Los datos arrojan que las experiencias proporcionadas por el subproyecto contribuyeron a saber cómo y cuáles referencias pueden servir para la elaboración del Plan de Trabajo Docente, los posibles contenidos a seleccionar, la importancia de la acción y reflexión sobre la pedagogía, así como la organización y la intencionalidad docente. Programas como o PIBID – Programa Institucional de Bolsas de Iniciação à Docência - tem buscado aperfeiçoar a formação de professores em nível superior e melhorar a qualidade da Educação Básica pública brasileira. Considerando as vivências proporcionadas pelo referido projeto em relação ao planejamento nas aulas de Educação Física, objetivamos identificar as possíveis contribuições do subprojeto PIBID/FEF/UFMT para a prática pedagógica de professores egressos do programa. Foi desenvolvida uma pesquisa qualitativa com quatro professores de Educação Física da rede municipal de ensino de Cuiabá-MT. O método utilizado foi o estudo de caso. O instrumento foi a entrevista semi-estruturada. Os dados revelam que as experiências proporcionadas pelo subprojeto ajudaram no sentido de saber como e quais referenciais podem servir de base para elaboração do Plano de Trabalho docente, os possíveis conteúdos a serem selecionados, a importância da ação e reflexão sobre a prática pedagógica, bem como a organização e intencionalidade docente.
